Hi and Welcome! I'm John Evenhuis aka Foodenhuis! I currently teach cooking classes at Trovare in Whitefish, Montana. My classes are focused on techniques specifically designed for the home chef. I always try to use locally sourced ingredients from the Flathead Valley. I focus on Ethnic dishes and techniques from some of the most interesting eating destinations in the world. Each class is designed around the education of the ingredients fused with the culture of the cuisine. Trovare Cooking Classes are open to the public.
